Other survivors include five daughters, Becky Whaley (and husband Willard), Mary "Scooter" Henderson and (Tommy Brown) and Janice Allen (and husband Bub), all of Crawfordville, Barbara Jones (and husband Frank) of Tallahassee, and Louise Fishback (and husband Randy) of Leesburg, Ga. She was also active with the Wakulla County American Cancer Society and Red Cross. She was past president of American Legion Auxiliary Unit No.162 in Deerfield Beach. She was a nurse, an EMT and a paramedic, working in both Leon and Wakulla counties. She was the co-owner of Henderson Funeral Home, which was Wakulla County's first funeral home and ambulance service. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Miami and the Frostproof Women's Club. She was a longtime resident of Frostproof.
